Waxy and aromatic, but also electric and dry, this shows the wild and arresting possibilities of Romorantin, one of the less-encountered grapes of the Loire. Notes of flowers, citrus on the nose then orchard fruits, herbs and chalk on the palate, which builds with acidity towards the finish. Unique!
