Les Marsaules comes from 60-year-old vines on sand and chalk soils. Organic since 2000. Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, 25-day native yeast fermentation in open wood vessels, aged 24 months in second and third-use barrels. Yields under 40 hl/ha. Five generations of Loire Valley Cabernet Franc.
