Morten Hallgren brought European discipline to the Finger Lakes. Danish-born, trained in France with degrees in astrophysics and enology, he was Chief Winemaker at Dr. Konstantin Frank before purchasing 17 acres on Seneca Lake's glacier-carved hillside in 2000.
