Emma holds a Diplôme National d'Œnologie from Bordeaux and trained at Château Calon-Ségur. Biodynamic conversion began 2017, Demeter certified 2023—China's first. 48 hectares under cultivation on sierozem soil with high gravel concentration. Approximately 50,000 bottles annual production.
